As the President of Parrill & Co, Amy Parrill is a certified executive coach and facilitator dedicated to driving intentional change through emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal development.
Leveraging the proven Leadership Management International (LMI) process, Amy integrates multi-sensory learning, spaced repetition, and time-tested techniques to foster measurable progress. Her expertise spans management development, personal motivation, goal setting, and effective communication—guiding individuals and organizations toward enhanced performance, heightened leadership awareness, and tangible business outcomes.
A distinguished leader in her field, Amy was honoured with the 2023 Leadership Management International Awards for Facilitator of the Year for the Americas and World Growth Leader of the Year. She partners with a diverse range of clients, including the University of New Brunswick, the Government of New Brunswick, and Cox & Palmer, equipping organizations with the tools to cultivate strong leadership and sustainable success.
Beyond her professional impact, Amy is deeply committed to empowering individuals and teams to achieve both personal and collective growth. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practices from Royal Roads University and remains an active member of the International Coaching Federation. Based in Fredericton, NB, she finds fulfillment in family life with her husband and two sons.
